Making Yoga Accessible And Affordable For All! Welcome to episode 15 of The Local Business Show. In this episode Tim welcomes Maggie Siebert to the show and they discuss her business Sani Yoga. Maggie has been living, practicing, and teaching yoga under the crisp pink of the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque since 2004. She is the director of Sani Yoga Studio and leads the teacher training program. She has taught yoga as a part-time faculty member of the University of New Mexico, and with many diverse populations from the Albuquerque Women's Domestic Violence Shelter to sharing yoga with dancers in Senegal. Maggie holds a Masters degree in Community Health Education and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Communication.Herstyle is playful, challenging, and yet unpredictable. She enjoys finding new approaches to challenge advanced students andbreaking down harder postures to make them accessible for beginning students. She teaches yoga fundamentals, all-levels, and the advanced class at Sani Yoga and looks forward to seeing you on the mat soon!!
