Now 15 years later, Kurt has taken what he has learned and turned GNR into what the Company is today; one of the most successful Hi-Tech recruiting firms in the US. He has divided the recruitment process into three distinct areas that allows GNR to deliver amazing customer engagement, while managing the process from assignment to candidate preparation and presentation to the final offer stage. He also found a need to separate the duties of a recruiter into-- just that "recruiting"; rather than the addition of traditional administrative responsibilities.
