DESCRIPTION
679: Protecting the Injured, David Carter, McCulloch Carter Protecting the Injured David Carter, McCulloch Carter – The Sharkpreneur podcast with Seth Greene Episode 679 David Carter Born in St. Petersburg, FL and raised in Tampa, FL, David Carter has made it his life’s work to seek justice for those who have been wronged or injured. After graduating from Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL, David attended the University of Florida on a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship and graduated from the highly regarded Honors Program. As a fifth-generation attorney, David knew early on that he wanted to litigate cases and assist his clients in obtaining justice against powerful, corporate interests. To that end, David attended Florida State University College of Law, graduating with Honors. After graduation, David immediately went to work in the personal injury field at one of the larger firms. While he gained great satisfaction from helping his clients and achieving favorable results in their cases, he knew he would be happier at a smaller firm that was focused on building relationships with its clients and providing its clients personalized support throughout their entire case. Thus, in 2016, David accepted a position at a boutique firm where he gained experience in building client relationships and litigating larger cases. In 2020, David founded McCulloch Carter, PLLC with his lifelong friend and fellow attorney, Drew McCulloch, Esq. We are a firm dedicated to the needs of our clients and the community. Local, trusted, and experienced. Success in a client’s case can be measured in many ways, and David measures his success by his clients’ satisfaction. He understands that each client deserves to be treated with respect, and to have his or her case handled with skill, effort, and compassion. David is honored to represent the citizens of Florida and privileged to help his clients through their most difficult times. Listen to this illuminating Sharkpreneur episode with David Carter about protecting the injured. Here are some of the beneficial topics covered on this week’s show: ● How lawyers who own their own law practice get handle cases how the want to. ● Why word of mouth advertising is an excellent way to find clients. ● How people aren’t getting the best deal if they don’t file a lawsuit with the insurance company. ● Why smaller law firms can provide more to their clients than larger firms. ● How the insurance company is not your friend and you shouldn’t settle a case without talking to an attorney first.
